Create an abstract, subtractive sculpture from your block of Styrofoam.

This abstract sculpture must display form, movement, and tension.

1. create a sketch of your finished piece. 2. What is your inspiration for this piece? 3. Create a clay Marquette of the finished piece

so you have a model to guide your carving. 4. Begin subtracting material from your block

using trim tools found in our 3-D lab.
