DESCRIPTION
I was deposed by Moxon in Arnie Lerma's case. After the deposition, Lynn Farney yelled at me "we will raid you and sue you! You are on notice!" Needless to say, I was uncomfortable giving them some CDs I said I'd turn over. Also Moxon claims that the OT 3 story is public knowledge, which went against their trade secrets claim at the time.
