Goals for Improving Basic Education
• Improve the participation rates by bringing in children who are not in schools
• Improve the retention rates of learners who are already in schools
• Raise school performance and improve academic achievement
Strategic Directions (1)

Increasing resources for Service Contracting Scheme
Providing financial assistance to PTCA-organized preschools
