with exact tube forming and precise print registration control.
- an innovative patented cross-seam sealing station, combined with our reliable Bosch solutions from the high-performance sector.
Uniform web flow:- Excellent wrap angle with a pressing roller
at the web unwind for slip-free unwind and accurate print registration mark control (+/- 1 mm).
- Accurate tube and package formation by a solid forming shoe and solid fin folder as well as accurate web tension between the draw-down roller and longitudinal sealing rollers.
- Non-slip deviation rollers.- Oscillation-reduced drive for the web
unwind- Adjustment of the web track during machine
operation.- Infinite adjustment of package length,
position of imprint and of the position of candy in the package while the machine is running.
