5Only the under 20 respondents disagreed With banning cell phones in school.

Hypothesis analysis I believe that the statistics of this study confirm my hypothesis that the younger the cell phone user, the more likely they are to use their phone for just about everything except the telephone capabilities.

In all fairness I should point out that all of these respondents, with the exception of the 2 “under 20” year olds, were teachers, which, I believe, is the reason that last question was skewed so heavily to ban cell phones from school. If this had been a more random sampling of the general public, I believe those responses would have been more evenly distributed.

I also think that if this had been a sampling of general public there would have been more than 2 “under 20” respondents which would, therefore, more evenly balance the responses.

Thank you.
