Project Description: The concept of this museum was derived from the geometric shape of a motorcycle V Engine Camshaft. The angle of the building mimics the mechanical rotation of the camshaft. In addition, the museum’s transition from gallery to gallery allows for an axial movement similar as how the shaft helps the cams have its movement.

Project Description:The Concept of this pavilion derives from the canopy of the tree and the effects it provides. One of these effects is the diffuse light that is transmitted through the leaves and the different shapes it furnishes. To accomplish these effects, the pavilion is composed with a number of openings and wooden lattices that would allow light and at the same time diffusing it. The second effect is achieved by the irregular position of the wooden Lattices.

UTSA Campus Master Plan Existing & Future UTSA Master Plan
Future UTSA Buildings Existing UTSA Buildings Site
Project Description: (Urban Landscape group project, Amphitheater Individual Project) The new Campus Master Plan for UTSA gives the opportunity to create a new whole environment within the campus. The idea is to connect people with nature while at the same time taking advantage that land provides. Since UTSA campusis located under the recharge zone of the Edwards Aquifer, our design consisted in designing multiple public spaces that willintegrate Rain Gardens, Bio swales, and Permeable pavements. This will allow to capture and absorb runoff from roofs and sidewalks.
Taking advantage of the site’stopography, I incorporated anamphitheater.
