In group of four, we had made a one survey in Institut Pendidkan Guru Kampus Perlis, it about how many times have students spend returned to their home per semester and where state are they from. This work are required to collecting data, managing and representing data in visual representing. In statistics, we will learned about

how to collecting, organizing, summarizing, presenting and analyzing data as well as with

drawing valid conclusions and making reasonable decisions on the basic such analysis.

introduction

Consist of description using term where the information are non-numeric.

For data of qualitative we had done survey about the amount of students in each state.

We choose this topics because there are many students comes from different state in all over Malaysia.

qualitative

Consist of exact value research generates numerical data or data

that can be converted into numbers we are survey about the frequency of

student’s IPG Kampus Perlis returned their home per semester.

Mode = is the class interval which have the highest frequency

The mode for this survey is the clas interval 1 – 5 which appears thirty-eight times (38).

Mode

The median of a distribution with a discrete random variable depends on whether the number of terms in the distribution is even or odd.

Mean

Following on our comments, we can make a simple and clear conclusion that the Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Perlis students rarely returned their home in every month per semester. There are most from around north like Kelantan, Pahang and so on. the students who comes from north are mostly back to their home in every weeks. This data was proven through the survey that we have done. Among 65 students that we ask how much times they returned home and we get the result that 38 of them not rarely back their home around only once until five times in a semester.

Conclusion

From the data of qualitative are shows most students who studies here are from Kedah and Perak for students from group PPISMP 3RD semester intake July 2009. Each have 18 and 12 students included male and female. For the state of Selangor, Pahang and Johor only a students in each state get in and they are the best students from else who the lucky to continue their future study and become a teachers.
