• Staff members being respectful to students, parents and each other.

• Students saying yes ma’am and no ma’am and yes sir and no sir.

• Students being respectful to students, staff and parents.

• Staff members yelling at their classrooms or using the word shut-up.

• Gossip, profanity or any other unprofessional communication.

• Students saying I can’t.
