PROBLEM: Long term federal, state and local budget constraints will result in fewer dollars for procurement of new school buses at historical replacement rates.

SOLUTION: MMA developed a comprehensive program to cost-effectively extend the service life of school buses.

GOAL: Off-set budget cuts by offering School Superintendents viable, economical solutions to impending school bus shortages.
