to 14th
October 2012.
Organized by Satara District Ophthalmic Association (DOA)
Esteemed National, State Faculty and Delegates,
It is my pleasure to announce the Scientific Programme for annual conference of the Maharashtra
Ophthalmological Society – MOSCON 2012 at Mahabaleshwar to be held from 12 to 14 October 2012.
We have received a record number of submissions – 298. We have tried to give justice to genuine
submissions. The enthusiastic response from Postgraduates is very heartening.
Meticulous time management by all speakers will help Local Organizing Committee (Satara, LOC) to
make this conference a mega success. Scientific Committee, MOS is thankful to Satara LOC for their co-
operation and taking up the challenge to hold this conference at a venue where none of them practice!
Though I am ending my tenure as Chairman, Scientific Committee, MOS; I wish to continue to work for
MOS in future too. I thank you all for your support and encouragement throughout!
With warm and sincere regards,
Dr Jeevan Ladi
