THREAT & CHALLENGES FROM CORPORATE

•After the reform of APMC Act in M.P, there is a strong apprehension

about the shifting of marketing power in the hands of MNCs/capitalist

and Small Farmers & FPOs will depends on the mercy of these groups

so strengthening of FPOs is the need of the time.

•One sided trade agreement policies of buyers , no say of supplier at all

•Unethical business practices of corporate buyers like current provision

of CD, Deduction of gunny bags weight with paying any thing to the

supplier or FPOs

•Lack of transparency in quality testing process and reporting .

•It should be 3rd party systems and discretion of individual should be

removed completely and it should be done through use of automated

system of moderns technologies available in the market

Transparency in pricing & purchase policy should be made

mandatory to all corporate buyer during purchase from

FPOs/Farmers.
