All benefits that WOR(l)D offers in the Loyalty Membership are subject to your compliance with this Membership Guide and Program Rules, the terms and conditions described elsewhere throughout www.worldgn.com, all terms and conditions of WOR(l)D’s contract of carriage, WOR(l)D’s fare rules and all other applicable WOR(l)D rules and regulations. These rules are subject to change at any time. Unless otherwise stated, the current rules in effect at the time of your registration or request for a benefit or other transaction will govern that transaction. WOR(l)D has the sole right to interpret and apply this Membership Guide and Program Rules. Please check back frequently for program updates or rule changes.
Members must provide their full name to participate in the Loyalty Program. Full name means the given name, middle initial or middle name, if any, and family or surname. The full name must be the same as the name on WOR(l)D Backoffice.
Membership numbers and its points are nontransferable: only one person may be enrolled per Loyalty membership account, except CoOwner account.
Members may not maintain more than one Loyalty membership account.
In the event more than one account number is assigned to the same individual, the duplicate account will be cancelled, and only the applicable loyalty points, excluding any enrollment bonus, can be transferred to the remaining account.
Points earned under the Loyalty Program will be credited to your account within 24 hrs after qualifying activity occurs, unless otherwise provided in the individual partner's terms and conditions. WOR(l)D partners, offers and benefits subject to change.

* Members will be assigned an individual membership number upon enrollment and can order a membership card by going to back office at BASIC or ADVANCED level. The cards will be sent by mail within 7 days after the achievement of the level. PREMIUM and VIP cards will be created automatically.
WOR(l)D devices comes with a one-year limited warranty. You can get global repair coverage for your device through Protection Plan. Protection Plan gives you one-stop service and support from WOR(l)D customer care, so most issues can be resolved in a single call.

To ensure you have the full rights to use your Protection Plan, you need to have membership subscriptions active, at least ADVANCED level If your device goes broken of in full failure and you fulfill the above mentioned requirements, you can access to the Protection Plan benefits.
