Set in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside, amongst 280 acres of lakes and parkland, Drayton Manor Hotel and Park offers a unique venue for your wedding day.
You are spoilt for choice with a flexible arrangement of graceful rooms, each with their own unique character and features.
All three of our function suites are fully licensed for civil ceremonies, ensuring that once your guests arrive here at Drayton Manor, there will be no need for them to leave. Whether your wedding day is to be small and intimate, or you are catering for a larger number of guests, here at Drayton Manor we are able to cater for everyone.
Tower Suite
Our Tower Suite with its Victorian themed façade and elegant outside garden space, red carpet entrance, private bar, stage and dance floor with glistening chandeliers can play host for up to 300 guests - the dream venue for grand celebrations.
Hamilton Suite
The Hamilton Suite is the ideal setting for a more intimate reception with views across the theme park and lake, having its own private bar facilities and dance floor it makes it the perfect room for you to party the night away with your closest friends and family.
Park View Suite
The Park View Suite is situated within the main hotel and makes the perfect setting for both your wedding breakfast and civil ceremony. With its floor to ceiling window wall, looking over the acres of parkland it really does give you the perfect backdrop to your perfect day.
After all the formalities, capture those special memories of the day with photographs around the 280 acres of beautiful grounds or we can even offer you a unique opportunity to have photographs taken within the park whether it be by the picturesque lake or on the carousel. At Drayton Manor Park and Hotel it’s your wedding, your way.

• Confirm any travel arrangements and hotel reservations
• Organise presents for Bridesmaids and Mother of the Bride and Bridegroom
• Choose wedding favours for the reception• Make hairdresser and beauty salon
appointments - ask your Wedding Co-ordinator about what we can organise for you
• Meet with your Wedding Co-ordinator to discuss seating plans, place cards, drinks packages and have your menu tasting

Terms & ConditionsBOOKING
Once a provisional booking has been made with the Drayton Manor Events team, you will have a period of 21 days in order to return written confirmation along with a deposit of £500.00. We will reply confirming details of your booking enclosing a receipt for the deposit payment.
All prices are correct at the time of printing, but may be subject to change. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.
PREPAYMENT CONDITIONS:
1. A deposit of £500 is required to confirm your booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. A prepayment amounting to 50% of the total contracted sum payable is required six months prior to the event.
3. A prepayment amounting to 80% of the total contracted sum payable is required three months prior to the event.
4. Full payment is required along with final numbers 14 days prior to the event. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. If any prepayments become overdue we reserve the right to cancel your function, whether or not a reminder has been sent.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
1. The original deposit of £500 is non-refundable and non-transferable in any event.
2. If cancelled within 6 months of the date, 50% of the total contracted sum payable is due.
3. If cancelled within 3 months of the date, 80% of the total contracted sum payable is due.
4. If cancelled within one month of the date, full payment is due - all charges mentioned above are based on the numbers and charges agreed at time of confirmation.
Cancellation of any part of this reservation should be advised to us verbally in the first instance. This must be followed up by you in writing and you will receive confirmation of this from us in writing within one week. Your booking cannot be released for re-sale until this process is complete. Cancellation will take effect on the day we receive written notification from the signatory on the contract.
MINIMUM NUMBERS & PACKAGES
1. Package prices and numbers are set as per contracted terms and no alterations will be made in terms of pricing and number of guests included. The guest number with the packages will act as the minimum catering number even in the instance that your numbers do not reach this. Prices will not be altered for failing to reach the number of guests within the package.

Drayton Manor Park and Hotel Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under the agreement or liable to an attendee or guests for any loss or damage to property if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
Including (without limitation) terrorist activity or serious potential for terrorist activity whether within the proximity of the Hotel and Park or in the UK or worldwide and directly or indirectly affecting the UK, war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), military activity, government or regulatory action, industrial dispute, act of God, failure of power or machinery, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the Hotel & Parks control.

Our wedding team will be delighted to arrange a preferential room rate for any of your guests wishing to stay the night. Please note accommodation rates vary dependant on date.
What better way to extend your celebrations further than a family visit the day after your wedding to Drayton Manor Park. It was a wonderful weekend and we are only just coming back down to earth. When we first met I think I said that I wanted this wedding to be extra special, not only for Sarah but for all the guests - you achieved that and much, much more!

Once you have chosen your ideal setting, your Wedding Co-ordinator will be able to provisionally hold your selected date for you for up to three weeks.
If you are wishing to get married here at Drayton Manor, it will be necessary for you to contact the local registry office, who will then be able to advise you of the formal requirements for your service. A fee will be payable for the ceremony and this is payable directly to the registry office prior to your ceremony.

You are able to arrange your service for any day of the week with exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Once you have your church or civil ceremony confirmed, your Wedding Co-ordinator will be able to issue your wedding contract - please note a non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your booking.
From here your wedding journey begins, as you start to approach your big day we will assist with menus, drinks and those all-important touches that make your day special and unique.

FAQsWhat time can our wedding guests check in? Our check in is from 3pm, however should an early check in be required please contact your Wedding Co-ordinator prior to your wedding day, this cannot be guaranteed however we will try our
upmost to fulfil your requests.
What time is check out for our wedding guests? We ask all of our guests to vacate their rooms by 10am. For guests visiting the park during our main season, the gates open at 9.30am and rides begin at 10am.
Do we have to set up our own tables on our wedding day? As part of our commitment to making your day a day to remember our dedicated onsite team will work with you and your suppliers to assist in dressing the room. Please ensure that
you make specific arrangements with us during your final details appointment.
Do you allow us to bring our own beverages or catering? Unfortunately we do not allow you to bring in your own beverages or catering as we have a dedicated team onsite that will work with you to ensure that your needs are fully catered
