Letter of reference: Daryn Basson

Daryn Basson was advertising sales manager for SALESGURU Magazine from September 2007 to March 2009.

He proved himself constantly as a great innovator and an extremely customer-focused sales professional and was personally responsible for the three most commercially successful editions of SALESGURU Magazine in June, July and August 2008.

Daryn was a well-liked member of the team and played an important role in the development of the enthusiastic company culture at SALESGURU — still a comparatively new business at the time.

He left SALESGURU to pursue opportunities at a much larger publisher but has remained a friend of the family and someone who continues to be spoken about very highly.

I have continued to work with Daryn on projects such as my own personal websites and other online ideas where his ideas, his quick thinking and his perseverance have been extremely valuable to me.
