I had only two more days of pre-school, I have been counting down since I had ten days left. I was so excited I couldn’t wait to get out of school because I knew I was going to be going to a bigger school and meet new people. I would be just starting kindergarden! The whole class was playing games. Summer was only two days away!!!

Swimming, Ice cream, Vacation!!!

The next day came really fast. Before I knew it we were back in the classroom. Today was our last day I was happy that it was almost summer but I was going to miss the friends that I made this whole year. My mom told me I was going to see them next year when we go to the same school again. Today in school was a little different, they had a ton more games for us to play with and it was just like a little party. They said that it was a good luck in kindergarden party.

When the school was over and everyone went home I was so glad that I could play in the sun all day! My mom and dad were proud of me too. They said that I made it through my 1st year of school, but they told me I still have a lot more to go. My mom wanted to congratulate me so she took me out to get ice cream. It was really good. I always loved eating ice cream on a hot day just having something cold going down your throat.

I had chocolate ice cream with

sprinkles. It was delicious!!!

The 1st month went by really fast! It was already almost 4th of July. We were packing up and getting ready to go to our cottage on a lake. It was really hot so my dad took me in the water. He also let me drive the boat while I was on his lap. We were all having fun in the sun! I learned a lot of things in pre-school like my Abc’s and 123’s. I am so glad my parents made me go to pre-school and I am really looking forward to kindergarden!

Our vacation ended super fast! Before I knew it we were already going home and getting the things that I needed for school. I was going to miss spending time with my family but I couldn’t wait to go back to school! I get to see all my friends and I get to make new ones. School was where I always had a lot of fun, and if I never went to school I would of never met any of my friends.

Mom, do you think all my friends will remember me!?

I woke up to my mom saying “Hey Natalie, sweetie time to get up today is your 1st day of kindergarden.” I couldn’t believe it I was going into kindergarden, going to the bigger school! I know that summer is over but I am glad that I am going to school. The first day was awesome! I met my teacher Miss. Hood and I can already tell that this year is going to be a good one. I also saw all my friends from last year!!!
