How to become an Independent Distributor
• Must be of 18 years and above.
• Free of cost registration by filling a prescribed form online and offline
• KYC updation required (Adhaar Card, Pan Card, Photo, Id Proof etc.)
• Bank details are required to get payout.
• Activation of Id by purchase of products

TYPES OF INCOME
1. Retail Profit :• After registration as a distributor he will be eligible
for 10 to 20% discount on purchase of products.
SupposeMRP of a product Rs. 1000/-
Discount - 20%
DP= 1000 – 200 = 800
MRP = Maximum Retail Price
DP = Distributor Price
DP = MRP - Discount
Your ProfitMRP - DP1000 - 800 = 200
2. Matching Bonus Plan :• A Distributor will be eligible for matching bonus on matching of BV. Business volume (B.V) is generated by purchase of products.
• 20% of Matching Business volume would be distributed .
Example: Activation of ID – 1000 B.V or 3000 B.V
If ID activate with 3000 B.V

3000 : 3000 3000 X 20% = 600
6000 : 6000 6000 X 20%= 1200
12000 : 12000 12000 X20%=2400

3. Additional Bonus
A Distributor will be eligible for additional bonus on purchase of products by their direct sponsors. 10% of Business volume of direct sponsors would be given.
- D refers to direct sponsors
- Total Sponsors - 4Total B.V. - 3000 X 4 = 12000/-
- Your Income = 12000 X 10% = 1200/-
All the Distributors will be rewarded by cash prizes, tours and awards for their efforts on completion of specified targets which are decided according to level .

5. Repurchase Income Plan
• Under this plan, a distributor can earn income in six ways.
1. Performance Bonus (Up to 40%)

• Kimaya offers an opportunity to earn 10% to 40% bonus on repurchase ofproducts . After achieving 40% level , you become the Director and yourprofit level will be 40% on self repurchase products for unlimited period

2. Leadership Bonus
• After achieving the Director level (40%) you will be eligible for leadership
bonus on repurchase of products of your downline directors upto three levels.
• 10000 RBV/20000 RBV are required from Non Directors team to get leadership Bonus.
• 5% upto three levels if 20000 RBV is achieved from non-director team.
• 3% upto three levels if 10000 RBV is achieved from non-director team.
