Joshua's practice focuses on all aspects of estate planning and trust and estate administration. Joshua counsels clients in the use of sophisticated estate planning techniques to minimize tax consequences and best protect client assets. Additionally, Joshua assists clients with needs relating to property owned in Florida.

Joshua was born and raised in Rhode Island. Prior to joining Howland Evangelista Kohlenberg Burnett LLP, Joshua practiced as an attorney at a boutique litigation firm near Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During law school, Joshua served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Adalberto Jordan on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Miami, Florida.
