”  Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.  For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink.  Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him.”

The  condition for my resurretion is:

Juan 6:54-56

Reason teaches me that:

Jesus promised me to resurrect me from the dead to Eternal Life if I eat his body and drink his blood.

JESUS CONSECRATED  HIS APOSTLES  IN HIS  PRIESTLY POWERS

How God  reconciles himself with the sinner?God has reconciled us to himself  in Christ  and given us the ministry of reconciliation

What does Jesus tell the sinner who reconciles himself to God?

Jesus tells such a sinner:  I vomit you from my mouth.   Lc 18:9-14

2Cor 5:18-21

CHRIST HAS GIVEN US THE MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION AND TO PREACH TO ALL HIS MESSAGE OF RECONCILIATION

2Cor  5:18

1. God the Father says: don’t come to me.  Go to Christ because he paid off the debt.

2. Christ says: don’t come to me because I entrusted my priestly powers  to forgive sins and celebrate the Sacrifice of the Cross and the sacraments to my apostles and their legitimate successors.

3. THE APOSLES REVEAL TO US to come to them  and to their priests because Christ  entrusted them  with his priestly powers  to forgive sins, to celebrate the Sacrifice of the Cross and to preach salvation

Martin Lutero 1485-1546

All of this is included in the Pauline meaning of that "dying" which begins sacramentally at Baptism.  IT is a dying with Christ which enables us to share in the fruits of his Resurrection, like the grain of wheat which falls to the earth and "dies" for the sake of new life (cf. Jn 12:24). The consecration of a person through sacred bonds determines a "newness of life" which can only be realized on the basis of a "hiddenness" of everything that makes up our earthly life in Christ: our life is hid with Christ in God. While from a human point of view a person's consecration can be compared to " losing one's life", it is also the most direct way of "finding" it. For Christ says: "He who loses his life f or my sake will find it" (Mt 10:39). These words certainly express the radical nature of the Gospel. At the same time we cannot fail to notice how much they apply to the human being, and what a unique anthropological dimension they have. What is more fundamental for a human being - man or woman - than precisely this : finding oneself, finding oneself in Christ, since Christ is the "whole fullness" (cf.Col 2:9)?
