WORK ORDER REGISTRATION

Work Order Registration:

Work Order Package ( like A-checks) Line Work Order (small daily checks)

A table will appear while Work order Registration:

All orders have status Open and Close. You can also Activate

WO if necessary.

Line Work Order:

To speed up the work proccess during small daily checks performance Pilot List, Distribution and Completion Tabs are added to Registration screen and could be accessed very quickly.

Any Work order can be printed.

PILOT LIST

Pilot List is for filling the specific Work Order with Task Cards to be performed.

Task Cards on the right side of the screen are sourced from Task Cards Sub-Module and could be constantly checked, added or updated.

Distribution is a tool for managing the delivered Task Cards to production.

Completion Tab consists of:

Used consumables for the selected task, Changed components, NRC (Non Routine Card) registration tab, NCTI (Non Completed Task Item) registration.

Completion tool is created for registration of used materials for certain completed tasks.

When this Module is combined with Stores Module the materials are selected according to Stores availability & reservation. If Line Maintenance Module is used on its own mechanics need to type in all used materials.

Shortage Form

Shortage Form Tool is used for ordering by production required materials that are not in stock and need to be purchased.Purchasing Department see all information the same time it is inserted and could quickly react on production needs.

Yellow coloured lines mean part is ordered and show the estimated delivery time.

Green coloured lines – mean part is in stock and ready to be used.

As soon as spare parts are ordered by purchasing department, changes are reflected in the system.

Man Hours show:

This module allows also to create and register own Task Cards.

Any Task Cards could be easily printed.

Tool to register materials for Task Cards.

In case of stand alone Line Maintenance Module Materials could be manually registered.

TASK CARDS HISTORY

Task Cards History:

This tool allows to check and trace back all information regarding the perfomed Task Cards

(spent hours, spare parts etc).Everything can be transferred to Excel to do

more analysis.
