Planned to offer customize products for packaging solutions of polypropylene (PP) woven
bags,/sacks.
Our corporate office is situated in one of the fastest emerging Commercial Capital of the
state, Raipur ,Chhattisgrah in India.
Our state of art manufacturing facility is situated at URLA Industrial Growth Center (6Km away
from Raipur Rly. Station).
URLA Industrial is known as hub of PP woven sacks/ bags manufacturing in Chhattisagrh.
The facility is created on a 6.0 acre land and factory shed is spread in approx 1 Acre area.
Our shed is single span pre-engineered shade (36000sq ft -180 ft x 200 ft.), developed
by“Tata Blue Scope Ltd”.
First largest Single span (180 Feet) shed in Chhattisagrh
We have install manufacturing capacity of 5 million bags per month (4680 MTPA),a vertically integrated plant, fully equipped with latest models of extruder machine and other manufacturing machinery as detailed below-
1. Tape line – 1 Set from M/s Lohia Starlinger Ltd , Extrusion line for PP / HDPE Stretching sheet no. with High speed model E120B-1400 HS with Capacity of 600 kgs/hrs along with Cheese winder LTW-200C,Kanpur
2. Circular Weaving Machine-54 nos from M/s Lohia Starlinger Ltd , 54 nos -looms of Six shuttle LSL-6,Kanpur
3. Automatic conversion line (stitching and cutting roll to roll) – 2 nos. from M/s Lohia Starlinger LtdWith Double fold and stitching option, Kanpur
4. Four colour Flexographic printing machine- 2nos from M/s J.P. Industries: - 4 color option roll to roll printing along with automatic tension control and corona attachments, Badodora
5. Stitching machines – 12 nos. from M/s Gabber Engineering-ARMSTRONG , Ahmedabad6. Bales machine- 1 nos. M/s Sristi Machineries Pvt Ltd.7. Universal tensile tester – 1 nos from M/s Deepak Poly Plast , Ahmedabad8. DG Set ( 320KVA)- 1 nos from Jakson,Silvassa9. UPS(300 KVA) - Emmerson , Mumbai10. Chiller – 60 TR – 1 nos from Royal engineering works, Ahmedabad11. Cooling Tower – 125 TR- 1 nos – from Paharpur cooling Tower, Kolkotta12.
