Interrogating Saflok Keys

Interrogating keys is when a key is double checked to make sure that it was made correctly.

1. Select Interrogate User Key

2. When this screen shows up go ahead and insert the key into the machine to be read.

3. After the card has been read, this screen will appear

4. Make sure that the room number is correct

5. As well as the name for the guest is correct

6. Make sure that the key can open the door.

7. Also make sure that the check in date is correct. As well as the time is set for 2:00 PM

8. The checkout date and time should be the same time that the keys will expire. Make sure that

the dates are correct and the time is for 1:59 PM.

9. The keys should work All Day and there shouldn’t be any Invalid Days Of The Week.

10. The keys should also let the guest into the correct building that the room is located in.

11. Once everything has been checked you can go ahead and select the close button.
