Congratulations on your purchase! This refrigerator is specifically designed and built to
meet the rigorous demands of the life science, medical, clinical, pharmacy, and
laboratory industries. Each unit has been manufactured and shipped from ISO
9001:2008 facilities, is UL and cUL listed, and is compliant with EPA and SNAP HFC-
free refrigerant regulations. It is CDC and VFC-compliant for vaccine storage.

INITIAL INSPECTION Accidents can happen, please be sure to perform a thorough inspection of your product
upon receipt. If the unit is damaged in any way, please refuse shipment and contact us
immediately. It is important to note any damages or shortages on the delivery receipt,
with driver acknowledgement, in order to help expedite the process. It is highly
recommended to have photographic evidence of these damages to assist with a swift
resolution.

SAFETY INFORMATION To reduce the risk of death, electric shock, please follow basic precautions
including, but not limited to, the following:
Installation and maintenance should be performed by qualified technicians in
compliance with national, state, and local codes and regulations.
Do not use this appliance for any other purpose than its intended use. The
manufacturer is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from incorrect
usage.
Failure to properly install, operate, or maintain your product in accordance with
this manual will negatively impact safety, unit performance, and warranty.
Do not cover the front grille, unobstructed airflow is required to ensure adequate
ventilation.
All electrical work must be performed by qualified technicians.
Disconnect the unit from power prior to servicing or performing any maintenance.
Do not touch the unit, or any parts of it, with wet hands. Do not touch any
moving parts or hot surfaces. Do not probe any openings.
Do not use extension cords or multiple adaptors to supply power to the unit.
Only connect the unit to a properly grounded, three-prong wall outlet, do not
remove the ground prong from the product plug, do not use an adapter plug.
Never share the same circuit with other appliances, this unit requires an
independent power supply. Do not overload the power supply, always ensure
that the power supply is adequate for the electrical requirements specified on the
rating label. Do not use the unit if the power cord is damaged. The power cord
should never be altered or pinched. To disconnect the unit, pull on the plug, do
not jerk or pull on the cord.

INSTALLATION Installation should be performed by qualified technicians in compliance with
national, state, and local codes and regulations. Always work in pairs and
use care when lifting and positioning.
Remove the unit from all packaging and peel off any protective film.
Assembly Fit the shelf support clips (4 per shelf) onto the shelf pilasters, ensure that the clips for
each shelf are positioned at the same height (so the shelf does not tilt) and that they are
securely engaged on the pilaster.
Unwrap each shelf and position onto the clips.
If the unit has not been stored or moved in an upright position, let it stand
upright for a minimum of 24 hours prior to operation.
Power Supply The power supply cord is located at the bottom right hand side (as viewed from the
front), for ease of access, retrieve the cord prior to installing the unit in its final location.
The unit uses a three-prong grounded plug, which must be connected to a
properly grounded, three-prong wall outlet, do not remove the ground prong
from the product plug, do not use an adapter plug.
Never share the same circuit with other appliances, this unit requires an

that the power supply is adequate for the electrical requirements specified on
the rating label.

Location Avoid installing in direct sunlight, damp areas, or next to heat generating appliances.
This unit is intended for indoor use.
Allow adequate space for door opening.
Ensure the unit is positioned on a level surface so the door is able to shut and seal
correctly and to allow proper drainage from the evaporator tray (preventing any

overflow). If necessary, adjust the leveling legs. The unit must be installed with leveling
legs to ensure proper operation.
Ventilation This unit requires ventilation on the sides, top, and rear, at a minimum of 2”
clearance. Failure to do so could result in harm to the unit, cause a fire, and
will invalidate the warranty.
Powering On Once plugged in the unit’s display will show the interior cabinet temperature, this is the
actual temperature recorded by the probes inside the unit. As the units cools to the set
point (factory set point is +4°C/39°F), the temperature displayed will lower accordingly.
If power is cut off, wait at least 10 minutes before plugging the unit in again to avoid
damaging the compressor.
Allow the unit to run for two hours prior to loading with any product.

under “MICROPROCESSOR CONTROLLER”

OPERATION The maximum ambient temperature for this unit is +100°F (+38°C).
The light will turn on when the door is open, and turn off while closed. To turn on the
light without opening the door, use the on/off switch located in the front.
The door can be locked using the key included with the unit.
Instructions for operating the controller are located in a later section of this manual,
under “MICROPROCESSOR CONTROLLER”

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Disconnect the unit from power prior to servicing or performing any
maintenance.
Do not use caustic or acidic cleaning agents or abrasive pads. Use only mild soap and
soft cloth.
Always wipe dry after cleaning.
Remove shelves and periodically clean to remove any debris or dust.
Periodically clean the door gasket to remove any debris or dust.
Filter The filter must be kept clean and free of dust at all times. At minimum, monthly
cleaning is necessary. Failure to keep the filter clean will damage the unit and
invalidate the warranty.
Pull the filter upwards to remove it from its location underneath the cabinet.
Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust.
Return the filter to its original location – do not operate the unit without the filter
installed.
Condenser The condenser must be kept clean and free of dust at all times. Failure to keep the
condenser clean will damage the unit and invalidate the warranty.
The condenser must never be cleaned with water. Never use a stiff brush or sharp
objects.

TROUBLESHOOTING Installation and maintenance should be performed by qualified technicians in
compliance with national, state, and local codes and regulations.
Problem Action
Unit will not start Check if the unit is plugged in correctly
