strips of land in Vietnam.• 30 were lost in total during the war• They did limited damage because Vietnam

Operation Rolling Thunder

Information• An operation that was consistent

bombing of north Vietnam by the US

• Lasted from March 1965 to November 1968

• Targeted industrial zones, government buildings, and military targets. (but just bombed the crap out of everything.

• Vietnam • NVA soldiers would hide in

underground tunnels to protect them selves from the bombardments.
