HOW TO CHANGE CONTROLLIMITS in Quick SPC for Windows®
1. Close all Programs
2. Run “Gage Explorer”
4. Left Click on “Data Formats”
3. Left Click on the part program to change.
5. Enter the new LOWER CONTROL LIMITvalues in the “K8012” column
6. Enter the new UPPER CONTROL LIMITvalues in the “K8013” column
7. To save your changes - apply the data
8. Close “Gage Explorer”
NOTE:
TO DECIDE IF YOU WANT TORECALCULATE YOUR CONTROLLIMITS RUN-TIME, SEE THE NEXTSLIDE
9. Run “On-Line”
10. Select an SPC Chart (e.g. Quality ControlChart
11. Select Options (F2)
12. Selecting the firsttwo will cause the systemto recalculate the ControlLimits
13. Selecting the thirdwill retain the ControlLimits
