How to build a mini bike

HOW TO BUILD A MINI BIKE

Step 1 Buy a mini bike kit or just a frame.

Step 2

Choose your engine and wheels.

The size engine you pick depends on what size frame you have and how fast you want your bike to go.

Step 3

You will need other parts to put your bike together Gas tank Front and back tires Chain Brakes Clutch Throttle Cover and guards Seat

Step 4

Next you put on the wheels. put the front wheel on first. The wheels are put on the frame with a bolt.

Step 5

Next, you put on the engine. The engine goes into slots on the frame. Each

slot is for a bigger engine.

Step 6

Next you put on the clutch.

The clutch helps the chain make the mini bike go and it helps the brakes make it stop.

Step 7

Put the chain on the clutch.

The chain also has to go around the back tire

Step 8

Put bolts in the back tire

I think there are two bolts that you have to put in to put it on the frame.

Step 9

Next are the brakes.

You attach the brakes to the clutch.

There is a brake cable that you have to pull through the brake band.

Step 10

You attach the throttle.

The throttle controls the speed of the bike.

When you are riding your mini bike if you turn the throttle until you can’t turn it anymore you’ll be going full speed.

Step 11

Put on all guards and covers.

A cover goes over the clutch and a guard goes over the chain.

Step 12

The last thing that you put on your mini bike is the seat.

You can’t put on the seat until the engine and the chain are on.

Step 13

Now the bike is ready and you can ride your minibike!
