How to add a Professional Development Reflection

Log into OnCourse and select the “Fall/Spring 2011 Students” tab on the left navigation

Select the Cell labeled Professional Development

This cell should be green. If it is not please contact Justin Ellis (ellisju@iupui.edu).

Read the instructions. Then, Click “Hide Information and Instructions”

Select “ADD” to add the Form: PD Info wo.

Respond to the question by selecting the statement that most closely illustrates your actions. Click “Save Changes”

Upload your response to the narrative question by clicking “ADD” next to “Attachments”

The University recommends you save your work in “My Workspace” so that you can easily upload this to a Portfolio. If you don’t have a Portfolio, use the Browse function.

Note*** Academic Year Awardees are required to complete 2 professional Development Reflections. Simply “add” a second reflection by clicking “Add/Drop”

Click “Submit Cell for Evaluation”. THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! And many students miss this step.

Click “Submit”

Scroll down, then click “Return to Matrix”

Your Matrix should now look like this(if you are an academic year awardee, you would have an additional Word
