What I would like a family to know about me

• I love to talk whenever I have the chance.• I like to be active; go for walks, to the park, ride

bikes, swim, play baseball and catch and just be outdoors doing things.

• I am very good and patient with younger kids.• I like animals – dogs, cats and birds. • I like wrestling and action cartoons – Dragon Ball

Z. • When I grow up I want to be a kick-boxer or UFC

fighter.• I like to hang out with girls.

Important qualities I want in a forever family

• I would like a family that is active and likes to do outdoor activities together.

• I would like a family with kids a few years older than me.

• I would like a family that has good structure and who wants to discuss things with me – to allow me to work through things I do - right or wrong.

• A family with animals would be good.

• A family that would allow me to remain in contact with my foster family and my sister, nieces and grandmother, this is important to me.

• I would like a family that can advocate for me in school.

• I would like a family to commit and care about me.

My Challenges and Likes

• Reading is a big challenge – I need extra help with this.

• I want to learn to run faster to be a good athlete.
