HealthWest Partnership
Supporting six ethnic partner organisations to improve seniors club access to safe and affordable recreation across seven local government areas in Melbourne's North West.
Partnering with mental health and settlement services to build workforce capacity and improve access.
Actively participating in a regional partnership (PVT) to prevent violence against women and engaging men in primary prevention in Brimbank.
Our3021 supports those living in the Brimbank area to improve their health and wellbeing by providing seed funding and support for 10 community initiated and led projects.
HealthWest helped create a new health literacy campaign - over 500 people joined with us and pledged to Drop The Jargon on 20 October 2015. A Practitioners Alliance was also established.
Consumer participation mapping with 13 member organisations to explore how we partner with consumers and what changes we have seen in our region.
Enhancing the relationships between mainstream services and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community through the Melton Partnership Group.
Developed online and print resources in partnership with residents and service providers, to empower community to access the support they need, when they need it: diabetesoutwest.org.au.
