• We are going to learn some stretches to relax & strengthen our muscles and improve circulation!

When performing these stretches, make sure to go by the feel of the stretch - this is far more important than how far

you stretch (or even how far others stretch). If you experience any discomfort while doing these stretches,

discontinue them immediately.
