Granite Search and Selection is a resourcing specialist in the construction industry. We
headhunt for the development, building design, engineering services and building
contracting sectors. We offer a tailored, high quality service, provided by
experienced associates, delivery consultants, resourcers and heads of
research.
Our clients range from design studios, to members of
the UK Contractors Group, engineering consultancies to small
independent sub-contractors. Our level of specialism and bespoke delivery
model is what differentiates us from our competitors.
We were consistently told that clients were used
to seeing the same CVs from different agencies,
that they were tired of being oversold candidates’
skills and expertise, and that they had no time
to consistently meet new and inexperienced
account managers.
To that end, we have developed a delivery model
that is superior to our competitors providing

our resource team, and delivered to you by
experienced associates, who are both market
and discipline specific.
We employ researchers to headhunt the best
candidates in the market, not just any candidates
on the market.

Granite Search and Selection was formed by Paula Mitchell and Antonio Camisotti in
2008. Their objective was to establish an exclusive team of committed, quality
professionals to recruit for a select group of companies in a flexible,
enthusiastic and responsive way.
After 6 years, we are a team of 45 professionals, who have
over 150 years combined experience in the construction industry.
Based in our new London offices in Bank, we are a proactive, growing
business turning over £15m this year.
