Starting with “Why?”
Simon Sinek
How: by giving students access to global information
What: choose the right device with strong infrastructure paired with Professional Development
Why: develop 21st century digital learners (students and staff).
Denton Digital Learning Design Team Objectives
The DDLD Team will coordinate a digital learning design
proposal that considers:
1. Technology for future-ready classrooms (Four C’s)
2. A replacement cycle for current technology
3. Solutions for immediate and long-term needs including a
timeline for implementation
Key Elements of Our Pilot Study
Collecting Feedback
List Feedback

Key points to Consider
❏ Maximize the numbers of students having access to devices
as early as possible (budget consideration, for us)
❏ Collaboration process continues with device access
❏ Students in all grade levels have access in secondary schools
in Year 1
❏ Teachers would receive devices and training before the
classroom roll out
❏ Ask teachers questions after every step, respond accordingly
