Your G+ Resources for this course

As people are at different stages of learning Google+, I thought you may like some options including:

● You can start at the beginning and watch everything in order

● You can skip a 'module/week' if you are confident you know it all already (but make sure you watch the videos embedded within this presentation as they contain a load of tips)

● You can watch any video as a 'stand alone' just to 'up your skills'

● You can watch one or two modules a month, spreading it out over a few months...

Whichever way you choose, the content will really give you a boost on Google+

Firstly, don't try to remember everything! I have structured the course in a way that will 'layer' your skills, little by little.The 'Introduction' and Module 1 will give you everything you need to get you started. By the end of the first week you will be making excellent G+ posts and start engaging as well.Let's begin.

So, you now see how Google+ is Google but you probably want to get yourself going, right?! Well, in this module you will learning all of the foundation skills to make your experience incredible.

Please note: having published videos, there can be changes in the platform and buttons get moved, styles change but the methods are usually always the same.

Module 1- Getting Started

You should now have your profile set up, know how to make a post on Google+ and generally be feeling you want to get out there and meet more people!So, it is time to get ready for the next steps where you will do exactly that, just after you learn a strategy for building your network...

Module 1 (recap)

Welcome to the second week of the course.The first week gave you a complete 'step-by-step' approach to getting started.This week you will learn a strategy to really get going, as having a loads of tips to help you 'get it' even more.

Module 2 - Getting your skill level up!

That was the end of the second module. Hopefully you are starting to 'get it' now. Make sure you 'hangout' as it adds a really cool element to the whole experience!In the next module you will really start to make Google+ 'your own' through refining content and finding the people with whom to you really want to engage...

Module 2

Feeling part of a community, whatever your passions may be, can really help whether you are on or offline. In this module you will also keep building up your network at the same time as exploring everything that Google+ has to offer.

In this module you will really take your circle management up a level - the stream of information you receive is very much in your control.Also, learning the principles of: engage, relate and connect will make a huge difference to understanding people, actions, culture and content on Google+...

By this stage in the course you can probably see that Google+ is both BIG and perfectly flexible in how you create it. It is like electricity - we just have to decide what appliances to plug in!In the next module we will start to look further at business applications. If busines is 'not your thing' then you will get a load more tips as well!

Module 6Welcome to the final module in this Google+ course.We will start looking at how to promote Google+ Pages, link then to Google Adwords, and then look at building up communities. So even if you are not interested in business applications you may like to think how you can use Brand pages and communities more generally. Before that, here are some more tips...
