Plans change Good:

5 year grant, $$ for 2 years, Univ picks up next 3 for staff, report for 5 years, starts 7/1/2014

Bad: 5 year grant, started 7/1/2013, $$ came

4/15/2014 to be spent by 7/1/2015 (13 months to spend)

Ugly: Still 5 years, we have to report for 5 years, no

new $$$, on 4/15/15 - extended till 7/1/2016 (“be creative with what you have”), rebudgeting, new provost, new President, no univ $$
