We are very humble to submit thisrepresentation for your favourable consideration and requestyou to extend the Incentive Increment to Assistant Librarian/Librarian/ College Librarian who acquired M.Phil.l Ph.D- Priorto 01. 01. 2006. Though the UGC and MHRD, Govt. of Indiahave allowed the Incentive Increment to librarians PhysicalEducation Professionals in its 6th Pay Commission Repoit, inTamilnadu the implementation was limited to Teachers andthe Library and Physical Education Professionals were deniedto enjoy the benefit.

Your lefter cited in Ref.No.3, clarified and extendedlncentive Increment to Assistant Director/ Director of PhysicalEducation only who acquired M.Phil./ Ph.D- Prior tool 01.2006.

Till the date of the letter cited above in ref 3, the librarians Physical educationProfessionals were treated both equally and whenever any order issued to teachers thevery same would have been extended to both these library and Physical EducationProfessionals simultaneously. But this letter No cited in Ref No 3, has discriminated theLibrary Professionals from the Physical Education Professionals by not including the libraryprofessionals to get the incentives

Hence We request you to kindly consider our representation favourably andissue necessary orders to eoctend the lncentive Increment to Assistant Librarian/ Librarian/College Librarian who acquired M.Phil./ Ph.D- Prior to 01. 01. 2006.
