DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER
Forsyth Barnes assign a dedicated Business Partner with several years Account
Management experience. Adept at building relationships and trust within your business, the Business Partner is the single point of contact for all your business needs. The primary function is to help develop a long lasting, and successful recruitment strategy, as well as acting as the lead for all operational activity.
The Business Partner has a team of 4 supporting them. Two Delivery Consultants and Two Delivery Administrators to handle all aspects of the recruitment process.
APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM
At Forsyth Barnes, we use a state of the art ATS that has been custom developed to our
needs, therefore catering for your needs. The ATS tracks all requirements, all candidates that have applied or have been registered against a requirement, and all correspondence. Because we have invested in the system up front, you can rest assured everything is managed in an organised fashion, safe in the knowledge nothing will ever get missed, or misplaced.
MANAGING YOUR RECRUITMENT FUNCTION
Forsyth Barnes become your committed Recruitment Partner, and as such manage
all relationships with secondary suppliers. This means all agency contact is routed through the Business Partner, rather than taking up critical time of your employees. All questions, queries or disputes are managed by Forsyth Barnes, in a professional and timely manner. From basic administrative tasks to influencing the next step in the recruitment process, we will save your HR team and hiring managers hours each day.

Disputes can range from Candidate ownership, to the legalities of terms and conditions. By taking advantage
of our Bronze Package, we eradicate such unnecessary disputes from ever taking up your time. We can clearly track who is rightful ownership of a candidate, and terms cannot be disputed as we incorporate a single set of terms, standardised across all secondary suppliers, managed entirely by us.
SINGLE BRIEFINGS

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
A requirement is raised and is logged on the dedicated ATS. You will receive an acknowledgement/response within 2 business hours at the latest
A briefing is held with the hiring manager.
The Forsyth Barnes Delivery Team will immediately begin sourcing for top quality candidates for the vacancy by advertising across the UK’s leading jobs, targeting suitable candidates from the current pool of c.142,829 within the Forsyth Barnes database, to our wider networks and to specific specialist agencies for further assistance on certain roles. Again, all of this comes within the service without additional cost.
CV’s are sourced and tracked against the requirement on the ATS.
Suitable Candidates are interviewed by Forsyth Barnes.
If deemed suitable for 2nd interviews, candidates are submitted to the hiring manager for consideration for the requirement.
The Business Partner handles the complete process, liaising with the hiring manager for the requirement. This includes taking feedback, arranging/managing interviews, offer management, signing contracts etc.
Aftercare – Our job doesn’t stop at placement, like most organisations. We stay in regular contact with both the hiring manager and the candidate to ensure all parties are happy.
