• First new school for the FUSD in 25 years

• Innovative architectural design that compliments surrounding subdivision activity

• Joint Use Park serves students each weekday, community nights, weekends and holidays

• Construction started 9/11/17

• 18 rain days allowed to date

• All building skeletons erected and finishes underway

• Project well under budget – Less than .05% in change orders to date

• Hybrid project under the State Facilities Program – App filed with the State Allocation

Board; Project waiting for funding allocation, anticipated no sooner than 2022
