1.0 SUMMARY
A $250,000 exploration and development program was commenced on this property in mid-November and was completed by December 31, 1984.
A contract was awarded to N. Morissette Diamond Drilling to carry out a minimum of 5,000 feet of BQ drilling. A total of 18 holes for a total of 6,915 feet was completed.
Three of the holes for a total of 3,194 feet were drilled west of the diabase dike to intersect the projection of the orebody between the 725 and 1025 levels.
Severe deviation problems were encountered with these three longer holes, however, the first hole (84-7) intersected the quartz veining and the sheared and silicified tonalite. A three foot section from 911 to 914 feet ran 1.60 oz Au per ton (uncut). The second hole (84-8) cut the quartz veining but gave no economic values, however some sections of sub-economic value were noted in the sheared tonalite. The third hole (84-16) deviated to such an extent the quartz vein was not intersected. Values were intersected in the sheared tonalite from 1000 to 1025 (.07 oz/ton over 25 feet) including one three foot section of 0.26.
The remaining 15 holes (3,721 feet) were drilled east of the diabase dike. They were located so as to (1) trace the mineralized structure to the east; (2) help calculate near surface reserves; and (3) test thestructure at depth.
Five holes spotted to test the structure to the east all intersected sheared tonalite gneiss which gave anomalous gold values.
Five holes spotted to help calculate near surface ore all intersected low grade economic mineralization.
Five holes spotted to test the structure to depth showed that the structure appears to be pinching out, however, three of the five holes had economic intersections while the other two gave anomalous gold value?

In addition to the diamond drilling program, the area east of the dike was stripped utilizing a bulldozer and a backhoe and the structure exposed over a distance of 400 feet. Three trenches were put in at the east end of the stripping. A pattern of percussion drill holes was spotted in an area just east of the dike to try and confirm results obtained in the old trenches. One hundred and fourteen drill holes (2 1/2" dia by 10' deep) were drilled and the cuttings sampled. Results indicate that one might expect a grade of 0.16 oz Au per ton in this area.
2.0 INTRODUCTION
The Coniagas Mines, Limited commenced an exploration and development program on the Nudulama property of Anglo-Dominion Gold Exploration Limited in mid-November 1984. The main portion of the program was 6915 feet of BQ core diamond drilling. Some stripping, trenching and a program of percussion drill holes were also carried out.
The above program was completed by December 31, 1984.
3.0 PROPERTY, DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION
The property consists of 15 patented mining claims located in the southwest quadrant of Leeson Township, Sault Ste. Marie and Porcupine Mining Divisions, Ontario. The claims are numbered as follows:
S34816 - 20 inclusiveS34825
S35127 - 35 inclusive
The claims are shown on the Ministry of Natural Resources Plan No. M 984
TENOGA CONSULTANTS INC.
-3-
4.0 ACCESSIBILITY, CLIMATE AND LOCAL RESOURCES
The claim group is located approximately 14 miles east of the Village of Missanabie, located 60 miles northwest of Chapleau, Ontario. An all weather gravel road runs between Missanabie and the Renabie Mine. Missanabie is the terminus of Hwy. 651 which runs 34 miles north from Hwy. 101 between Wawa and Chapleau.
The Anglo Dominion property is reached by a dirt road which runs easterly from the Renabie Mine for approximately one mile. The road is suitable for most traffic including automobiles.
Climate is typical of Northern Ontario, short hot summers and harsh winters with severe cold.
An electric transmission line (Great Lakes Power) serves the Renabie Mine. Water is available from numerous nearby lakes to serve mining and milling requirements.
Missanabie is served by the main line of the Canadian Pacific Railway.
Labour supply would be limited in the immediate area, however, the prox imity of the property to operating mining camps and the existence of all weather roads would suggest than an experienced labour force would pro bably be readily available.
5.0 DIAMOND DRILLING PROGRAM
A diamond drilling contract for a minimum of 5,000 feet of BQ core diamond drilling was let to N. Morissette Diamond Drilling of Haileybury, Ontario.
The first machine moved on to the property on November 15, 1984, with a second machine being added on November 2 2, 1984.

The drilling program was carried out in two areas: (1) west of the diabase dike, and (2) east of the diabase dike.
5.l West of the Diabase Dike
Three holes (84-7-8-16) for a total of 3,194 feet of BQ core diamond drilling were drilled west of the diabase dike. The objective of these holes was to intersect the known mineralized structure between the 725 and 1025 levels. The proposed holes in relation to the 1973-1974 holes (57, 58, 58A, 59) are shown on Plate 1.
The intersection by Holes 84-7-8-16 and the adjusted intersections of the 1973-1974 holes are shown on Plate 2.
Hole 84-7 was spotted to give the proposed intersection A. It deviated to such an extent that it approached the planned intersection B. The hole intersected quartz from 884 to 906 (22 feet) but with low gold values. The footwall sericite schist, however, gave one assay of 1.60 oz/ton over 3 feet.
Hole 84-8 was drilled from the same setup as Hole 84-7 and was collared on an azimuth of N 6O to allow for deviation to the east. This hole intersected bull quartz from 886.5 to 908.8 (22.3 feet). Values in the quartz were low as would be expected from this type of quartz. One two foot section of the hangingwall gneiss (743-745) gave a value of .066 oz Au.
Hole 84-16 was collared to give an intersection to the east of the one obtained in Hole 59 in the 1973-1974 program. Hole 84-16 deviated sub stantially and consequently did not cut the quartz vein. It did however intersect a band of sheared tonalite gneiss (sericite schist) with an intersection of .069 oz Au over 27 feet (including .12/9' and .088/6').
In summary, the results from these three holes are termed disappointing so far as economic intersections are concerned, however they do confirm the presence of the mineralized structure carrying anomalous gold values,

Holes 84-14 and 84-15 (Section 14,500E) were spotted to give fill in information between Sections 14,440E and 14,560E. Hole 84-14 gave a good quartz vein intersection but low values, the best being .105/7.6' {but .025/77.2'). Hole 84-15 drilled at -80O under 84-14 also gave good quartz intersections but low values, the best being .15/6'. The total section gave .054/84' (including .095/21' and .084/9').
Section 14,560E is of particular interest. Three holes drilled on this section 84-4 (earlier program), 84-13 and 84-21 all intersected tonalite gneisses interspersed with quartz veining. Hole 84-4 had an inter section of .095/6' or .063/23'. Hole 84-13 had three intersections, (1) .307/9', (2) .265/25', and (3) .164/6'. Taking all assays between (1) and (2) gives an intersection of .121/78'. Hole 84-21 drilled under 84-13 gave an intersection of .146/6'. Anomalous gold values occur over a distance of 58 feet in this hole (.029 oz Au).
Holes 84-23 and 84-24 were drilled to provide fill in information. Hole 84-23 drilled at -45O had .28/6* or .145/15' or .049/66'. Hole 84-24 drilled at -60O under 84-13 had two intersections of 0.12 over 3' each. Total anomalous section gave .042/72'.
Section 14360E has three holes drilled on it. Hole 84-5 from the earlier program collared in the quartz and is not representative of the total section. It did however give an intersection of .08/9' or .038/56'. Holes 84-11 and 84-12 were drilled underneath 84-5. Hole 84-11 at -450 gave two intersections (1) .099/6' and (2) .205/6' or a total intersection of .053/53'. Hole 84-12 drilled at -60O under 84-11 gave .036/30'.
Hole 84-18 drilled at -45O was drilled as a fill in hole. It gave an intersection of .128/9' or .076/21'.
Hole 84-6 drilled in an earlier program gave an intersection of .15/9' or .09/21' or .063/39' in the hangingwall gneisses. Hole 84-10 drilled at -600 under 84-6 gave an intersection of .110/3' or .081/7' or .022/83'.
TENOGA CONSULTANTS INC.
-7-Hole 84-9 was drilled to test the structure to the east. It gave an intersection of .150/3' in the hangingwall gneisses and gave anomalous gold values over a total of 64 feet.
Hole 84-19 was also drilled to test the structure to the east. It intersected sheared gneisses but low values (best .039/3' or .022/21' or .015/39').
Holes 84-20 and 84-22 were also drilled to the east to test the structure. Both holes confirmed the structure and gave anomalous gold values but none of economic grade or width. Hole 84-20 was drilled at -450 . Best intersection was .099/3' or .052/12'. A considerable amount of core was ground and lost in this hole and so Hole 84-22 was drilled at -550 under 84-20. Best intersection was .022/3',
6.0 STRIPPING AND TRENCHING PROGRAMME
A programme of stripping and trenching was carried out on the known mineralized area east of the diabase dike. A small amount of stripping was carried out west of the dike, however, the greater part of the surface exposure of the mineralized structure is covered by the old stockpile.
6.l Stripping Programme
The programme was started utilizing a D-8 dozer. This was replaced by a D-7 as the hillside proved too steep for the D-8 to operate on.
The area east from the diabase dike was exposed for a distance of approximately 450 feet. The D-7 worked for a distance of approximately 200 feet in a north-south direction. Therefore an area of approximately 2 acres was stripped and cleared with the D-7.
The material left by the D-7 because of the uneven nature of the surface was removed by utilizing a l 1/4 cy hydraulic backhoe. Normally the
TENOGA CONSULTANTS INC.

surface exposures would have been washed clean using a pump and water, however, the lateness of the season and freezing conditions precluded this operation.
6.2 Trenching Programme
Three trenches were put down near the east end of the cleared and stripped area, just to the south of the old trenches 49-14 and 49-15. The main purpose was to investigate the sheared tonalites intersected in diamond drill Hole 84-6.
The trenches were put down by utilizing an air-trac percussion drill and compressor and then blasting.
The trenches were then cleaned out utilizing the hydraulic backhoe. Following this the trenches were mapped and chip sampled. Plans of the geology and the sampling follow this page.
Trench l showed .315 oz Au/ton over 15 feet (or .191/27').
Trench 2 showed .15 oz Au/ton over 3 feet (or .050/30').
Trench 3 showed .115 oz Au/ton over 6 feet (or .065/24').
Certificates of analysis are included in Appendix B.
The trenching programme was halted after the drilling and blasting of three trenches because of unfavourable weather conditions. The alternating freezing and thawing conditions created a great deal of mud in the work area. An attempt was made to sample the percussion drill hole cuttings but this was abandoned because of the large amount of mud contamination.
It is proposed to carry out a sampling programme during the coming field season. It is recommended that the area be washed down and then channel samples cut utilizing a diamond saw.

7.0 PERCUSSION DRILL HOLES
An area at the top of the hill just east of the dike was selected to try a percussion drill hole sampling programme. This area was selected because mud would be less of a factor and the old trenches indicated surface gold values.
One hundred and fourteen, 2 1/2" diameter percussion drill holes were completed. Most of these holes were 10 feet in depth although the three most easterly rows were drilled to a depth of 5 feet,
A sample was taken every 5 feet. The two results from each 10 foot hole were averaged and the results plotted, A plan showing the results follows this page.
Based on this sampling one might expect a mining grade of .161 02 Au/ton to .179 oz Au/ton based on the area included in the averaging, i.e. the area to be mined.
Certificates of analysis are included in Appendix A,
8.0 RESERVES AND MINING LAYOUTS
Data from the three holes west of the dike is not sufficent to permit the re-estimation of the reserves in this area.
East of the diabase dike, a proposed mining layout is being worked on by others. Included with this work will be an estimation of reserves based on the 1984 drilling. Therefore, no estimation of reserves will be made at this time by the writer, but will be done later in conjunction with a review of the mining layout.

9.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The following conclusions are drawn:
(1) That the three holes drilled west of the dike did not provide sufficient data to calculate drill indicated reserves, but
(2) proved that the mineralized structure carrying anomalous gold values continues to depth west of the dike.
(3) That the drilling programme east of the dike confirmed the existence of near surface ore.
(4) That the structure continues to depth.
(5) That the structure continues to the east.
(6) That the trenching programme was only moderately successful dueto weather conditions and that a new method of surface sampling be tried.
(7) That the percussion drill hole sampling programme is an economical method of drilling out surface ore.
(8) That diamond drilling of deeper holes will be difficult because of deviation problems and that the cost of "controlled" drilling for this type of deposit will probably be prohibitive.
It is recommended:
(1) That no further deep drilling be done west of the dike.
(2) That the structure be traced to the east with a series of short (200' to 300') diamond drill holes.
(3) That the cleared and stripped area east of the dike be "washed down" using high pressure water and the surface exposure channel sampled utilizing a diamond saw.
TENOGA CONSULTANTS INC.
-11-(4) That near surface ore be delineated by using a percussion drill and that the holes be drilled to a depth that would permit them to be utilized as blast holes.
