INSTALLATION MANUAL

Remove the air filter housing.

Disconnect the throttle body wireharness.

Remove the air supply hose.

Disconnect the coolant lines and removethe throttle body.

Loop the coolant line back to the engineblock.

Remove the throttle body cover.

Remove the spur gear.

Remove the servo motor and the wavespring.

Parts that will be reused with the BoombaRacing Throttle Body.

Place the wave spring inside of thethrottle body housing.

2Remove the air filter assembly.

Disconnect the battery terminals.

Repeat this process 3 (three) more timesto allow the ECU memorize new TPSsettings.

13Reinstall the servo motor and the spurgear. Install the throttle body cover.

Bolt the throttle body adaptor to the intakemanifold. Place the factory gasketbetween the adaptor and the manifold. 15

Bolt the throttle body to the manifold.Reconnect the air supply hose. Plug thewire harness connector. 16

Reinstall the air filter.

Reconnect the battery terminals.

Turn the ignition key to “ON” position.DO NOT START THE ENGINE.Wait for a minimum 20 seconds and turnthe ignition key to “OFF” position. Wait fora minimum 20 seconds.
