Requirement Visibility: Response and EvaluatedA Requirement defined as having a “Visibility” of ‘Response and Evaluated’ has the following properties:
The Requirement is displayed to the SupplierThe Supplier can respond to the requirementThe Requirement carries an Importance/Comparative WeightingThe Requirement is displayed to the Evaluation TeamThe Requirement can be scored (evaluated) by the Evaluation Team
Requirement Visibility: Response Only, Not EvaluatedA Requirement defined as having a “Visibility” of ‘Response Only, Not Evaluated’ has the following properties:
The Requirement is displayed to the SupplierThe Supplier can respond to the requirementThe Requirement carries NO Importance/Comparative WeightingThe Requirement is displayed to the Evaluation TeamThe Requirement can NOT be scored (evaluated) by the Evaluation Team
