Nowadays, many countries have chosen use nuclear power, especially in places that the other

natural sources like water and wind are scarce, but this kind of energy, many times can offer a

risk for people, not only because of process to produce the energy, but people or nations can

use this in a war.

Imagine in a war, the destruction of a nuclear power plant. How will be possible to control the

chemical inside the plant?

The possible risk of accidents, the high costs of dismantling old plants, to keep the plants

renewed and to construct new plants are factors against to choose a nuclear power.

Even though it's a clean source of energy, I think that are other ways to produce energy

without pollution like wind power (and in the most part of the world we have a good amount

of wind available. In addition, another way is the hydroelectric.

In Brazil, there are many other aspects. We have a poor political to keep the companies public,

and the high costs are a way to deviate money.

To sum up, I believe that in Brazil the nuclear power is the worst kind of energy to invest

money because we are rich in natural resources and there are best ways to get energy.
