Employee views 5 Tier ProgressReview in EmpowHR Version 9.0

Select “internet explorer”

Enter the URL:https://icams.usda.gov/

Read the warning and select “I agree to the above”.

Enter your EmpowHR (ICAMS) User IDand Password and click on “EmpowHR Sign In”.

Click on “Worklist”.

Click on the blue link for the applicable employeeon the line with work item “supervisor did yourReview”.

2. Click on the “Elements and Standards” tab toView the elements and standards.

1. Read the comments entered by the supervisor.

Click on “view all” to see all the elementsand measures.

After review is complete, click on the “progress review”Tab.

1. Employee enters applicable comments here.

2. Click in one of the boxes “viewed/discussed”or “refused rating” to enter a check mark. This isMandatory. You must choose one.

3. Click on SAVE!

NOTE: The plan will flow back to the worklistOf the Supervisor for view if the employee has Entered comments and clicked the “save” button. The plan does not flow back to the supervisor’s worklist if the employee does not enter comments. The supervisor will need to view the progress review to verifyThe employee has marked the progress review either “viewed/discussed” or “refused to sign”.

To print, click on “create printable form”

Click on “view document”

Click the print icon.

Select printer and click “OK”.

Note: The document now has both the Employee’s initials/date And the supervisor’s initials/date on the bottom of page 1.“Check marks” entered when the supervisor created the plan and by theemployee to certify view of the plan result in the employee’s and supervisor’s Initials/date on the bottom of page 1.

On page 7 in Part II “Progress Review”, the commentsentered by the employee and the rating official (supervisor)will show.
