system that allows eligible nonimmigrants, who do not require a visa to enter the United States to apply for a waiver of
inadmissibility.
WHAT:The new Electronic Secured Adjudication
Forms Environment.
WHEN:Mid-2019, visa-exempt nonimmigrants can apply online using
Form I-192 and/or Form I-212 through e-SAFE.
WHAT’S NEXT?:Applicants who complete electronic filing via e-SAFE will need to go to a designated port of entry within 45 days to complete the biometrics portion of the waiver process. For a list of available
ports please visit www.cbp.gov.
HOW:Access the application atwww.e-SAFE.cbp.dhs.gov.
