This time the El Susto fanzine speaks to you

through an object from the past. And yet, it

comes filled with music, in the unabashed and

lush tones of modernity, courtesy of our ar-

tists and friends. Now that’s special, leute.

Why Epilation?

Because we want to hear you scream like you

were getting a wax job on your pubic area.

And why collaboration?

Do you see how multiple artist names are listed

on some tracks? Amazing, right?

lessly outdated yet retro comeback technology

is the secret motivation behind the music on

this lowly ferro-magnetization. And so, the

artists, seeking inspiration, have, after cons-

ternation and meditation, achieved elevation,

and, even, masturbation.

Close your eyes, grab your genitalia, and pre-

pare yourself for some fun accidents: keep a

pencil handy to wind the tape when it spools

out of the cassette player. Maybe that flutte-

ring sound is the tape, maybe its just a shitty
