慎防野生菇類中毒

本港的絕大部分野菇都是不可食用或有毒的

大部分菇類毒素不能以烹煮的方法消除

單憑顏色或外形不能分辨野菇是否有毒

任何情況下，切勿採摘野菇進食

菇類中毒可引致腹痛、嘔吐和腹瀉

嚴重的個案可能導致肝衰竭甚至死亡

如懷疑菇類中毒，應立即求診

Beware of Wild Mushroom Poisoning

Vast majority of wild mushrooms in Hong Kong are inedible

or poisonous

Most mushroom toxins cannot be removed

by cooking

Cannot tell if wild mushrooms are poisonous by colour

or shape alone

Do NOT pick wild mushrooms for consumption in any

circumstance

Mushroom poisoning may lead to abdominal pain, vomiting

and diarrhoea

Severe cases may result in liver failure and even

death

Seek medical advice immediately if mushroom poisoning is

suspected
