Dashboard

• Dashboard will display data based on logged in role. The first block will display the new cases based on configuration of Status Master.

• Admin Firms can assign those cases to their firm-users/sub-firms based on roles assigned.

• Logged in User can save personalized notes on the dashboard.

• Home screen on right upon login.

Master Screen(s) - Admin

• Manage Firm (Firm Master)• Firm Admin and Sub-Firm can be created and updated from this screen. Search filter is provided to search

the firms.

• Manage Plaintiff (Plaintiff Master)• Firm Admin and Sub-Firm can create/update Plaintiff from this screen. Firm Admin and Sub-Firm can also

create username and password for the plaintiff (to be used in mobile app).

• Search filter is provided to search the plaintiff(s).

• Status Master• Admin Firm can configure status for their firm/sub-firms.

• Sub-firms can also configure status for itself. Different visibility options for statuses can be selected from this screen by checking the checkboxes (default status for New Case, Include in Dashboard).

• All active status defined for a firm will be available for the Case on Case details screen.

Admin Option – Manage Users

Manage Users:Users for a Firm admin/Sub-Firm admin can be created or updated from this screen. Search filter is provided to search and update a user. User will be notified by a mail if any modifications are made to the user credentials (Username and password).You can create different roles for users. Different users are assigned to firms or sub-firms as appropriate.

• Plaintiff Details

• Contact Details

• Case Basic Details (Including manual GEO location input)

• Case Documents

• Case Notes

• Case Notification to Plaintiff

Cases can be searched from this screen by filtering Plaintiff Information (Name, SSN, DOB, Address, Date Range, etc.), Case Details (Case Number, Case Key, Case Status, etc.) or Other Information based on access provided to the logged-in user.

Quick Search Filter

• A quick search filter is provided at top right corner of every screen for quick accessibility to search the cases with minimal input.

• Cases can be filtered by Case Id, Case Key, Plaintiff Name, Date of accident, Plaintiff Phone, Plaintiff Email, Date of Birth, SSN in combination with Case Status.

• The records will return based on access /role.
