Technical advantages
Higher gasification efficiency than quenching process.
By optimizing the combination of RSC and quench chamber to adjust the syngas temperature and the steam/syngas ratio.
Producing high pressure steam can meet the requirement of downstream, lower the coal consumption and pollutant emission.

Multi-functional burner (ignition, startup, operation): working life over 1 year.
Single burner jet gasifier: AFT 1400℃, carbon conversion > 98%.
Membrane wall: without throttle orifice, low pressure drop, 55 bar high pressure steam.

Nov 8-11, 2014, finished the 72hrs performance test.

The equipment running status is
much stable. • The burner working life is about 1
year. • The gasifier refractory brick and
fired-tube boiler have never replaced since its first startup.

5. Non-catalyst Partial Oxidation Technology
Conclusion:
The demand for large scale gasifiers is now increasing in China.
Both OMB CWS gasification technology and SE Dry-feed coal gasification technology have been used, as well as the Non-catalyst POX technology.
ECUST has developed a series of gasifiers to meet the requirement of different projects. The RSC - Quenching combination gasification technology is developed.
