BBA (Hons) Business Economics

Aims to train Economic analysts/business economists who can support management decision-making in the private and public sectors in the rapidly changing business environments of Hong Kong, China and other Asia-Pacific economies.

BBA (Hons) Finance

Aims to prepare graduates for responsible management positions in the finance area of the industrial, commercial, financial and government sectors and within the business and economic environment of Asia-Pacific economies.

BBA (Hons) Financial Engineering

Aims to prepare graduates for responsible management positions in the area of risk management in the government and business sectors.

Graduates will be skilled in using derivative instruments for risk management of funds, equities, bonds, commodities, currencies and assets and liabilities.

Research

Research Our Department encourages faculty members

to pursue high-quality research in economics and finance.

Actively engaged in research in various areas including capital flows in Asian countries, corporate finance issues, international trade,China's economic reforms and economic development.

We anticipate continuing to play a leading role in economics and finance research in Asia-Pacific region.
