DEMO SCENARIOS

THE SCENARIOS: ORGANIZATION W/O EDIPLOMAS CLIENT (1 OUT OF 3)

Use Case: The citizen authorizes a registered organization to gain access to their diplomas. Organization has not implemented any eDiplomas client.

● Selects the graduate section

● Selects the organization to provide access

● Agrees with the Terms and redirects to TAXISNet

● Gets authenticated, via their eID on TAXISNet

● Approves access to their registry’s basic data

● Redirects to the Authorization Service, national identifiers are used to look up their diplomas on all HEIs

● Authorizes access to diplomas

● Receives a token, which has to be sent to the organization

THE SCENARIOS: ORGANIZATION W/O EDIPLOMAS CLIENT (2 OUT OF 3)

Use Case: Authorized Personnel of the Organization has been authorized to access diploma information

● Selects the organization section

● Selects the desired action from the menu

● Agrees to redirect to TAXISNet

● Gets authenticated, via their eID on TAXISNet

● Approves access to their registry’s basic data

● Redirects back to eDiplomas and enters the token provided by the citizen who authorized the organization

● Gets access to diploma information along with its signature

THE SCENARIOS: ORGANIZATION W/O EDIPLOMAS CLIENT (3 OUT OF 3)

Use Case: Authorized Personnel of the Organization wants to validate the provided diplomas info on the eDiplomas platform.

● Selects the organization section

● Selects the desired action from the menu

● Agrees to redirect to TAXISNet

● Gets authenticated, via their eID on TAXISNet

● Approves access to their registry’s basic data

● Inserts the signature with copy/paste or by scanning the QR code of the printed diploma

● If the signature is valid, the information of the corresponding degree will be displayed

● If the signature is not valid, the following indication will be displayed.

THE SCENARIOS: ORGANIZATION WITH EDIPLOMAS CLIENT

Use Case: The citizen authorizes a registered organization to gain access to their diplomas. Organization has its own app for Diplomas submission and validation.

● Redirects to the Organization’s Client

● Provides the required info and chooses to proceed by using eDiplomas

● Gets authenticated, via their eID on TAXISNet

● Approves access to their registry’s basic data

● Redirects to the Authorization Service, national identifiers are used to look up their diplomas on all HEIs

● Authorizes access to diplomas

The Organization will now have access to information regarding their diploma

THE SCENARIOS: REVOKE AUTHORIZATION TOKENS

Use Case: Graduate reviews the list of access tokens and has the option to revoke them.

● Navigate to the Revocation Service

● Redirects to the Authorization Server

● Gets authenticated, via their eID on TAXISNet

● Approves access to their registry’s basic data

● Enters their Social Security Number

● Gets informed about the state of the access tokens (used/expired). Selects the access tokens that they want to revoke

● The corresponding organization will not be able to use the revoked token to access their information anymore.

THE SCENARIOS: EX OFFICIO AUTHORITY TO PERFORM DIPLOMASAUTHENTICITY CHECKS

Use Case: Authoritative state bodies, need to check whether a submitted diploma is authentic.

● Selects the desired action from the menu.

● Agrees to redirect to TAXISNet

● Gets authenticated, via their eID on TAXISNet

● Approves access to their registry’s basic data

● Selects an Institution

● Enters basic Degree/Graduate’s data

● If the data they entered matches a registered degree, the information of the corresponding degree will be displayed.

● If the data they entered does not match a registered degree, the following indication will be displayed
