This is the redacted criminal report of Louie Adrian Tovar III, son of Phoenix Police commander Louie Anthony Tovar. What’s interesting is the Phoenix PD redacted the name of the criminal and refer to him as only ADRIAN solely to protect the son of a cop. Imagine the name of the suspect and criminal redacted from a report you request??? This is frightening. Nothing was done with this report. He claims to masturbate while viewing child porn, bestiality and molesting a little boy.This person roams the streets and can work in your kid’s school, be your neighbor or drive your kid’s school bus and you wouldn’t know about it. Frightening…isn’t it? This is solely because he is the son of a cop and his father at the time of these crimes, was the commander over the Sex Crimes Division in Phoenix, so Commander Tovar and his subordinates would be responsible for investigating, charging and indicting his own son.They have tried to hide this for years and put up a good court fight not to release it, but they lost.One can only wonder why this person walks the streets among us, in not on any list and isn’t in prison.if this irrirates you, call the Phoenix PD and request a follow-up and prosecution into DR #2009-90322630.
