PowerSchool – Parent Portal

Parent Portal – provides real time access to:

Attendance

Assignments

Assignment Scores

Grades

Standard Scores

Teacher Comments / notes

School Announcements/ forms

Log Entries (Discipline log)

You can also use PowerSchool to receive email alerts for grades, attendance, assignments and more.

Create a Parent Account1. Please see Good Shepherd School office staff for your PowerSchool

confidential ID and password letter.

2. Open your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) and type

powerschool.hfcrd.ab.ca/public into the address bar or

go to Good Shepherd School homepage, and select Parents tab.

Click Create

Account

Create a Parent AccountPlease enter- First Name- Last Name- Email Address- New

username- New password

Please remember your Username and Password as they are required to

log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

Add your child(ren) to your PowerSchool Parent Account

Access ID = Your child’s Confidential

ID

Access Password = Your child’s Password

Click Enter when

finished
